The Amendments to the WHO Constitution are minor and technical in nature. They involve the exclusion of members who do not meet their financial obligations from eligibility for election on the Executive Board, or as an officer of the Health Assembly; the acceptance of the Arabic text as equally authentic to the languages currently recognised as authentic; and the increase by one of the membership of the Board in the Western Pacific Region, which includes New Zealand.
